General

When connecting to the Eastside Radio stream, your IP address is sent to our radio service provider so we can track listening trends and provide licensing organizations with appropriate royalty reports.

Once our service provider receives your IP address, it is immediately anonymized and deleted, making it untraceable. This information is not sold or passed to other companies.

iOS App

The Eastside Radio iOS App does not collect user data when installed or launched on your device.

The app communicates with Radio.co's servers as necessary to load app preferences and connect your device to the Eastside Radio audio stream.

Android App

The Eastside Radio Android App does not collect user data during use.

To provide proper audio control while your phone is being used for calls, the app may monitor the state of your phone application, such as:

• Idle
• Incoming call
• In a call
• Call ended

This allows Eastside Radio audio to pause appropriately when you make or receive a phone call.

At no time can the Eastside Radio App listen to your telephone conversations, record calls, obtain telephone numbers, or collect information from your calls.

The Android App also requires access to local storage. This is used to store app configuration information, including images, colors, and settings, so the app can launch more efficiently.
